Pros

Benefits and payment are not bad and it also has a nice office

Cons

Fake culture: you are asked to do anonymous evaluations of the company but you find out that they ate all but anonymous. Also' very hard to integrate team as everyone came out of the same engineering university, within 2 or 3 years difference.

Pros

I highly value the autonomy I am given to manage my own workload, and I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with several of my talented colleagues.

Cons

That independence comes at a cost. The company is incredibly disorganized and siloed. Management will force lateral moves on you without asking; I've ended up balancing four different roles with absolutely no pay increase. Requests for fair compensation compared to the peers I trained were completely ignored. Territories change constantly, but zero training is provided. You are essentially left entirely on your own to figure it out.
