Corpo-bullshiet with trainings like how to manage date in USA if you're based in Europe. Problem with dynamic growing. Sometimes there was like too many managers that didn't know what to do. Low pay rising.

I highly value the autonomy I am given to manage my own workload, and I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with several of my talented colleagues.
Cons
That independence comes at a cost. The company is incredibly disorganized and siloed. Management will force lateral moves on you without asking; I've ended up balancing four different roles with absolutely no pay increase. Requests for fair compensation compared to the peers I trained were completely ignored. Territories change constantly, but zero training is provided. You are essentially left entirely on your own to figure it out.
