Strong market brand Charismatic CEO Great clients and products Very talented team of technical specialists Reasonable pay / incentives Travel opportunities / flexible work arrangements

Cons

Poor in-country management - arrogant, extremely rude, self-indulgent and utter lack of emotional intelligence Some levels of management sets a very bad example of how to treat staff, almost borderline harassment/bullying Very limited career development support No synergy between the global product and regional/local teams. Poor morale due to overwork, many good people were cut loose with no succession or backup plan IT transformation to cloud-based tools were a massive debacle

Pros

I highly value the autonomy I am given to manage my own workload, and I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with several of my talented colleagues.

Cons

That independence comes at a cost. The company is incredibly disorganized and siloed. Management will force lateral moves on you without asking; I've ended up balancing four different roles with absolutely no pay increase. Requests for fair compensation compared to the peers I trained were completely ignored. Territories change constantly, but zero training is provided. You are essentially left entirely on your own to figure it out.
