Pros

Awesome brand recognition and decent product offerings make getting sales commitments much easier.

Cons

Internal gridlock and middle management turnover make completing sales difficult. Very little professional development help from management, it is available if you know where to look but without non-management resources...very difficult to find.

Pros

I highly value the autonomy I am given to manage my own workload, and I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with several of my talented colleagues.

Cons

That independence comes at a cost. The company is incredibly disorganized and siloed. Management will force lateral moves on you without asking; I've ended up balancing four different roles with absolutely no pay increase. Requests for fair compensation compared to the peers I trained were completely ignored. Territories change constantly, but zero training is provided. You are essentially left entirely on your own to figure it out.
