Good work culture, visionary leadership steering things in the right direction. Flexible work setting. Surrounded by wonderful and helpful people.
Cons
Looking at old reviews from over 5 years ago seems like the were paying competitive salaries back then, but it looks like they never scaled up as the rest of the industry steered up. The salaries are now at the lower tier of the market, you’ll always make 10-15% below average for a software engineer with same years of experience. False claims of doing market research to keep “competitive pay”. The management is always under a tight budget and does not have a lot of control over raises.
