Pros

My first few years I never received a cost of living raise because I was promoted 3 times in three years so I received compensation increases there. I think I was fortunate but in my experience they are willing to promote if you are willing to work hard and learn. The pay is decent and my current work load is normally manageable. There are a couple weeks now and then where it feels super crazy but these are the exception rather than the rule. My current role I absolutely love and my coworkers are amazing. I definitely prefer where I am at to where I was before but the fact remains that I started as a level 1 support technician and have since been moved into my current role where I quite enjoy what I do. I actually just hit my five year anniversary at the company (at which point they do recommend you leave a review but its anonymous and my opinion is my own).

Cons

When I started we had a support department that was extremely under water. I have heard though that it got fixed and is doing really well now. I am no longer in that department but as with any company, it is a company and they talk about revenue a LOT.

Pros

Great work environment and great people. Flexibility to make your own decisions and steer the organization the way you see fit.

Cons

Constantly connected to the job, even after hours. Hard to disconnect.

Pros

I highly value the autonomy I am given to manage my own workload, and I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with several of my talented colleagues.

Cons

That independence comes at a cost. The company is incredibly disorganized and siloed. Management will force lateral moves on you without asking; I've ended up balancing four different roles with absolutely no pay increase. Requests for fair compensation compared to the peers I trained were completely ignored. Territories change constantly, but zero training is provided. You are essentially left entirely on your own to figure it out.
