I've never had such a supportive team and leadership. Onboarding was smooth and I was given all the tools I needed to succeed. My team is communicative and my supervisor works with me to lay out goals. While I've only been with the company for less than a year, It is very obvious they care about their employees and have worked hard over the pandemic to really perfect a connected Remote/Work from Home culture.

Lack of diversity. But this is something the company has recognized and is actively working to improve.
