- Good growth opportunities (reimbursement for certs, job openings for other IT departments, training videos) - Cabell Huntington Hospital Managers are cool and other techs are easy to work with - Decent starting pay in IT
Cons
- St Marys has strict managers - Slowly becoming more cooperate (ticket numbers being scrutinized more and dress code changes) - Pay could be better. Its determined by HR not anyone in IT which can be a bad thing. - Tedious/easy work for a position that requires experience and certs
