Bad Managment-Worst Human Resource Department - Anonymous employee Mountain Shadows Employee Review

The Food and Beverage department is ran horribly, lack of communication, lack of management not because there aren't enough they are just not experienced and lack motivation. HR department is horrific- they have no knowledge of understanding how HR is supposed to work at a company let alone their obvious lack of caring about anyone except the managers (only a select few).
