      Bad Managment-Worst Human Resource Department

      Pros

      Resort location, since it is brand new it is really amazing, excellent golf course!

      Cons

      The Food and Beverage department is ran horribly, lack of communication, lack of management not because there aren't enough they are just not experienced and lack motivation. HR department is horrific- they have no knowledge of understanding how HR is supposed to work at a company let alone their obvious lack of caring about anyone except the managers (only a select few).

      Friendly co-workers, free meal each shift!

      Cons

      The whole operation is unprofessional, discourteous, unorganized and they are never on top of things. I gave my 2 weeks notice and got no reply. I had to ask my manager if he received it! Business is slow, tips are terrible and so they schedule you to work 10+ hour shifts to make up for the lack of tips in wages? They provide minimal training and support. Ownership and management say that they have an open door policy and they're accessible. Not so unless you know them personally or you've worked with them previously...
