Pros

Idk what some of these reviews are talking about. As this was my first seasonal job, i had no idea what to expect. Didn't know anyone going in, but within 2 weeks we were all family. Truly. No cliquiness that I saw and everyone is super willing to be inclusive and get to know everyone. You see the same people and work with the same people for 6 months, take that how it is, and don't go around sleeping with everyone. but couldn't have asked for better coworkers and friends to live with. Made lifetime best friends. The guests are super interesting. Some have been coming for 20+ years, I loved getting to know them. They do get rowdy and out of hand sometimes but it keeps things interesting. Once you get in a swing of things and into a routine at the ranch it feels like home. You kinda have free reign over a lot of aspects during your shifts.

Cons

Housing honestly wasn't the best, some roommates weren't the best, but it was all free and in the most gorgeous spot ever. Same with food. Driving into town alot will run you up a gas bill though. And yeah, I heard complaints about management but literally you guys this 'work' is the easiest 'work' you have ever done, if you have ever had any experience in the hospitality industry at any capacity, YOU WILL BE FINE. like if you can literally fold a towel correctly you will be fine or refill a water you will be fine. Some people just get so angry when management gets snappy but like yeah you kind of deserve it if you're moping around complaining about having to fold an extra towel at the end of your housekeeping shift, or you have to sweep behind a bed to get an extra clump of dust, or you're standing around in the server alley yapping during a dining shift when the rest of the crew is doing dinner service. I mean the hours were not bad either. The ones who do have it a little rough are the Wranglers who take care of the horses I personally think.
