Pros
Room & Board are covered but it’s not very nice or well maintained. It can be fun if you get in with the right clique…
Cons
As mentioned before, it’s cliquey. VERY cliquey. If you aren’t in with the right people, working here’s going to suck. Virtually no sick time, getting vacation time off is like asking for the world, management is straight up mean, and you’re so insanely remote from everything that any money you do make goes to gas. It’s a glorified summer camp for staff and guests.
