Great work-life balance Great, friendly atmosphere Perks like catered lunches, parties, conferences, cruises for top performers, and bonuses Good pay Mouser takes great care of its employees. I'm honestly surprised by the negative comments. I feel appreciated and I get to have a fun for the most part day to day. Companies do not have to do things like send out $20 to you on your birthday or throw parties and take people on cruises. The company sends teams on conferences to further industry knowledge and invest in their employees. Also offer tuition reimbursement. Team is great, everyone is willing to pitch in and help. Project managers are understanding and will adjust if need to for most part. If you are not passionate about what you're doing in your career, it is harder to enjoy work. No company is perfect but Mouser gets pretty close in my book.

Variety of work can be limiting because Marketing is divided into small teams so you will only touch one part of the Marketing umbrella Parking
