Pros
The company has never had to lay people off. It is growing. Wearing jeans and t-shirts to work.
Cons
If you work hard and are good at your job, you will be run into the ground covering for those that can't handle the work. It is impossible to move departments unless you are at the very bottom. Pay is low and raises are virtually an insult. Moving to a HSA health insurance costs employees more money. People who play "the game" get better treatment and are recognized by upper management for doing less than other people.
