      Pros

      The best PR I've ever known.

      Cons

      Earnings below average. Managers simply don't know how to deal with people. Weak HR only says "sorry" instead of helping employees. Strategy seems to be written by a business school freshman. Company values just can be found on the walls. There is only on rule: no matter what you do, bring the money. And if tomorrow you can't then you're out. If the company realizes it can save a penny bringing someone to your position you can bet it will be done.

      Pros

      The company is growing insanely fast and there is opportunities in many areas. There is no timetable and you control your jobs, but you may delivery results. People are extremely friendly. If you are looking for an opportunity to work in a tech company in LatAm, probably this is the best place.

      Cons

      HR is improving, but there is still some points to be cover in carrier roadmaps. Internal communication should be better as well.
