      Was a great place to work.

      Pros

      Autonomy, you own what you do and are recognized by that, you can do home office sometimes, work hours are flexible.

      Cons

      A lot of benefits were cut: happy hours, parties, foods, drinks and even coffee. The company is transforming into a very normal company without all the extras. The bonus was great and now is a lot lower. People are fired all the time and teams work a lot more that they can handle.

      The best PR I've ever known.

      Cons

      Earnings below average. Managers simply don't know how to deal with people. Weak HR only says "sorry" instead of helping employees. Strategy seems to be written by a business school freshman. Company values just can be found on the walls. There is only on rule: no matter what you do, bring the money. And if tomorrow you can't then you're out. If the company realizes it can save a penny bringing someone to your position you can bet it will be done.

      - It's a good place to develop yourself as a software engineer. You have the freedom to define the technologies you will be working with, as long as it makes sense, of course. - You are expected to be innovative all the time and bring new solutions to problems - You usually are able to have contact with all different aspects of building a product, from the design side, to the development itself, to the business side and also to the customer relations - Benefits are really nice and salary, when you first enter the company, is competitive - The offices are really pleasant

      Cons

      - There's no career plan. There's no way to climb in your career, except for being really political and getting in good grace with some manager or director. - You'll be stuck with your first salary for years - The company really promotes individual highlights to the detriment of people who are better team players. You really have to try hard to show yourself off to get good annual reviews and your day-to-day work doesn't matter much for them - The midlevel management in the company is really weak. Most of them are just not good people leaders.
