Pros

- Top notch clients - Talented team that feels more like a family - Flexibility to develop different skillsets and interests - Ownership of projects - Supportive leadership - Leadership that asks for + listens to feedback - Collaborative, creative environment - Very nice space to work with some perks - snacks, etc. - Very good work/life balance - Human-first approach in both the work and the culture

Cons

- Needs more new business + diverse industries - Such a small team (~15 people) requires skill in dealing with professional/personal dynamics - Lacking some of the benefits of larger companies/agencies due to small startup nature

Pros

Felt that I was really challenged and motivated to do my best and really develop both personally and professional

Cons

Since the internship was virtual - it was definitely an adjustment for everyone and it was not paid.

Pros

For independent and autonomous workers who like to forge their own path and processes, this is a great place for you. Client roster changes frequently so you won’t be bored and the team is filled with nice, hard working people from interesting backgrounds. You will be challenged from your peers and managers, but by the end your work will be better and stronger. Fantastic work life balance that is extremely rare for a digital agency. Digital agency with lots of creative production and output means you get out of the strategy only loop and actually make stuff for your clients. In order to make the most out of the experience working at Moving Image and Content, you need to think independently, critically, and be highly proactive to pursue the work you want to do for clients.

Cons

Eclectic client roster can be challenging to develop category expertise. Management has very high expectations and has a tendency to get over involved in client work. Generalist agency vs. a specialist agency means you need to be a Swiss Army knife of knowledge to excel here.
