Pros

This agency seems like it would be a great environment to work in. Interesting clients and challenges, gorgeous office and a kind, intelligent and creative team to work alongside with.

Cons

Quynh is a generally unkind person with a poor understanding of how to get the most out of her employees. She treats junior employees with a shocking lack of respect. Working with her was a stress inducing, esteem wrecking nightmare. She has a poor reputation in the industry that she deserves without question.

Pros

- Great place for fresh graduates or junior executives looking to expedite their marketing/agency experience (don't recommend this place for mid to senior level candidate) - Great exposure to senior executives at Fortune 500 companies - Great place to test your tolerance, resilience and ego - Great place for hungry individuals who are willing to sacrifice their personal lives and salary

Cons

Toxic work culture with insane double standards. Limited resources where everyone has to fend for themselves. Minimal support from senior leadership with false hopes and promises given. Acts like an established agency, but the reality is that it functions like a start-up with zero benefits or perks. Some what of an exploitive work culture that's camouflaged by free lunches and annual Christmas gatherings. If you like structure, this place is not meant for you. If you have a high moral compass, this place is not for you either.

Not Worth It

Pros

- Smart people who are passionate about the work they do - Diverse roster of clients which provide a dynamic experience - Management is sometimes open to exploring new ideas and actually putting resources behind them

Cons

- It's a revolving door, even by NYC agency standards. Such high turnover can make continuity and consistency challenging. Management tends to treat people like they're disposable - Morale is seriously lacking. Unfortunernty, micro-management, inconsistencies in leadership or lack thereof, has taken a serious toll on morale - There's no clear vision for the agency, everything seems to be at the whim of management - Little space for development and growth
