Pros

Decent business model and co-workers.

Cons

Unless you enjoy banging your head against the wall every day, while also being Micromanaged (with a capital M), sworn at, bullied, talked down to, disrespected, distrusted, frustrated, and mismanaged by ever-changing tasks, goals, and direction-less leadership, I would skip this one.

Pros

I have been proud to work at Moving Station for three years. Managers are open to suggestions and all of my coworkers are knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to reach. Management consistently checks in on everyone in the company and asks our opinions of how things could be improved. I have never had a negative interaction with any level of manager in my time at Moving Station. There is a diverse range of personalities and backgrounds in the company which helps us address the needs of our clients in whatever situation may occur. We have some of the most knowledgeable and compassionate real estate and senior living experts. This company truly cares about seniors and demonstrates that every day in our interactions with clients in customers. I have worked with seniors for 10+ years and would never work for a company that was not respectful of and empathetic to the difficult decisions they need to make when selling their home.

Cons

I truly don't have any cons and I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews on here. I've enjoyed my time at Moving Station and feel supported by management and coworkers. It's a unique company within the industry with strong values.
