Pros

Environment was good until the management did multiple changes

Cons

Management lacks professionalism and has introduced several policies that have negatively impacted employee morale and retention. They removed the flexible work-from-home policy, reducing it to only two days per week, despite previously assuring employees that remote work would remain flexible. They also eliminated the ability to take short sick leave without medical documentation, making it more difficult for employees to manage their health. In addition, bonuses that employees were expecting were delayed until the end of the year, creating frustration and reducing trust. Senior leadership appears to struggle with effective leadership, relying heavily on micromanagement rather than empowering employees. Frequent layoffs have also created a sense of instability and uncertainty about the company's future. Overall, these decisions have significantly affected employee satisfaction, trust in leadership, and confidence in the organization.

Pros

Work on the latest technologies, bleeding edge on cloud native, streaming and data engineering. Good focus on AI development

Cons

Chronically short-sighted leadership. Constantly changing priorities. Not focusing on high impact and revenue generating projects. Avoiding tech debt which is leading to burnout and a burden to maintain. Send out letters for bonuses but have not paid out for 6 months. Overall you cannot trust what you are told
