Pros

if you have an existing account that you have inherited in a Sales role then you are laughing all the way to the bank.

Cons

the new biz side is a joke - one day they want to sell independently of the HP channel, the next day they want to sell through the HP channel without any guidance, tools or support. All the time there is a better and more competent delivery channel for external customers for Offshore Application Outsourcing services within HP called Bestshore Application Services which has delivery centres in Eastern Europe, China and India and much more depth and breadth of experience.

Cons

Employees supporting client engagements may encounter challenges when company-issued equipment, access, and operational processes are not clearly aligned. This can create unnecessary friction and delays.
