      No notable pros. Overall, a disappointing experience.

      Cons

      Company policies favor management, not employees. No work-life balance; rigid 5-day office mandate. Managers with 10–15 years tenure often engage in office politics. Outdated technical knowledge among senior staff. Jealousy and friction over new joiners' higher salaries. Micromanagement is common. Poor project management practices. HR lacks professionalism; unapproachable and authoritarian. One of the worst experiences in my 5-company career.
