Unfair dismissal - Administrative Assistant Mr Lender Employee Review

HR phoned me when I got home from work telling me I wasn't to come back the next day, I asked for an explanation and they just said overstaffed. I went in the next day to talk to them but they didn't come to see me. Very unprofessional and unfairly dismissed in this climate.
