      Staff members are friendly - management is shocking!

      Cons

      HR phoned me when I got home from work telling me I wasn't to come back the next day, I asked for an explanation and they just said overstaffed. I went in the next day to talk to them but they didn't come to see me. Very unprofessional and unfairly dismissed in this climate.

      The colleagues you work with were decent

      Everything else. Manager roles were given to those who couldnt manage. Would never recommend working here.

      Free lunch about once a month is about the only good thing

      Staff don't get sick pay. During lockdown we were forced to get a busy tube into the office. It was ok for management because they drove. But they don't care about the staff at all. When I joined them I was told we could work from home when we had things like doctors appointments. When I said I had to work from home because of my dentist appointment, HR told me I had to take a sick day or take a day of annual leave.
