      I have been able to grow my knowledge base, given support from leadership to create. Small team but we have done big things.

      Cons

      Small team big retail partners so heavy work load. Old procedures from the previous team, but we are building new ones bit by bit.

      Pros

      - small yet communicative and collaborative team - competitive pay for entry level position - good benefits like unlimited PTO, medical, dental, vision and 401k match - fully remove with stipend to spend on wfh supplies

      Cons

      - medical premium higher than expected, but manageable. Would be ideal if there was a fully covered medical premium option. - small team requires CX employees to take full responsibility for cases and to be very organized. Not necessarily a con, but to be noted.
