      Pros

      A business on a transformation journey with investment in AI, Tech platforms and client acquisition - with new bonus incentives for attorneys. There is a new energy in the business as it sets out its future vision and the business it wants to be by 2030. Some great Attorneys and all feels collegiate and supportive.

      Cons

      It's been through acquisitions and change and this has created a challenge for a unified, integrated culture. It has needed to adapt to evolving market conditions and attorney expectations.

      Good intro to patent law. Team building. Family friendly. Pay okay for starters.

      Cons

      Not good long term for US employee looking to stay in IP Law. Foreign only. Advancement difficult.

      Thank you for your feedback - - We have refined our practices to try to reduce turnover by increasing opportunities and trying to keep a great health plan. I am committed to keeping a 100% subsidized health plan for staff and ensuring that the plan covers 100% of any costs (after deductible and co-pays).
