He does so in an 'I''m the big kid on the playground' approach so that others (who generally have the proper knowledge" are brow beat into waiting for him to finish his eulogy of thoughts. This behavior finds it's way to the most basic functions of the business and is TRULY the anchor keeping this great company from thriving. 3. It is not unusual to see someone break down in tears over comments made by the CEO. Those comments are usually derogatory and condescending and in most cases made during large town hall style meetings. 4. The process required to obtain buy-off on any given project is so laden with CEO required review that most of the time engineers spend more time creating plans and slide decks than actually writing code. So in summary, if you are looking to subject yourself to ridicule and like working on a tread mill than this is the place for you.
