If you are looking to work in a homogeneous environment, Muskingum is for you. Very little diversity. Many people who work there graduated from MU, and didn't want to leave the area. If you love doing things the way they have always been done, you'll love it here. Very little chance for advancement or to develop skills outside your silo. ..unless your buddy buddy with administration. Small town mentality. Rampant favoritism. Staff treated like "the help". Outdated technology. Bloated staff. Terrible, overpriced health benefits.
