Worst Job I've Ever Had - Project Manager MuteSix Employee Review

DO NOT WORK FOR MUTESIX. This place was by far the worst place I have ever worked. The offer looked amazing on paper, only shortly to realize that this company is full of people who have no clue what they are doing. The majority of my team had more industry experience than the director of our department, who was selling a service that was nearly impossible to deliver on. There was absolutely no strategy involved in a position that should be all strategy and optimization. The team was worked to the bone, working up to 70 hours a week + weekends just to try and hit impossible goals. Client retention is incredibly low since the outrageous goals and numbers were rarely hit -- truly do not know how they get clients to sign on in the first place. The reviews saying that MutSix is essentially a pyramid scheme are 100% accurate. If you're at the bottom of the "pyramid" as an L1 to L2, your L4 and L5 will throw you to the wolves just to make more commission off of your accounts while you see none of the money. There are some serious ethical issues with how this company is run. I also learned they were using other people's interview assignments internally, which is 110% unethical, if not illegal.
