They are systematic so task delegation is being done systematically

Cons

They require time tracking tool which captures all activities on your personal laptop during logged time so it can not only feel that your privacy is somehow invaded, it feels you are being watched all the time and it feels being micromanaged.

Remote work - that’s all no night differential pay

Cons

They will screencapture everything on your screen and will force you to brand yourself and your personal account with their brand. Extremely invasive.
