The agency doesn't treat new tools as a buzzword. There's genuine investment in experimenting with and integrating AI into how we work, which keeps the work interesting and means you're building skills that stay relevant. And of course, solid work-life balance that's actually respected, not just talked about.
Cons
There are a lot of benefits to working from home, but it can get lonely at times. If you're someone who enjoys watercooler chats and hanging out with colleagues after work, this isn't the place for you. The feedback culture is fast and built on radical candor, which means high accountability and ownership.
