-Worst micromanagement company EVER worked for. They use TimeDoctor to record your time and take screenshots of your computer screen every 3 seconds. They claim it's to track client time, yet you are called out when not tracking, even though management said you don't need to track time not working on clients.
-Horrible internal communication. You find out you have a new client when it lands on your spreadsheet, yet no internal communication to discuss the client, client goals/objectives, etc. etc.
-Churn and burn agency. They do a great job advertising via YouTube and sending out postcards, but they DO NOT have the processes or procedures in place to handle the clients they have. Yet they do have 100s of SOPs for you to read that are outdated. They do not give their clients the service they deserve because everyone is overworked, not trained, and does not have the tools needed to do their jobs effectively.
-Extremely high turnover. I have never worked at a place where so many people are resigning and being fired at the same time.
-Terrible benefits. Low pay, 1 week of vacation.
