Pros

My Guardian truly cares about both its clients and employees. There are regular monthly catch ups with management, and additional support is always available whenever needed. The team culture is very positive, with weekly nibbles and enjoyable monthly outings that help build strong connections between team members. Our manager is excellent, understanding, approachable and always available when needed

Cons

I have not experienced any downsides so far. I am genuinely happy in my role and within the organization

Pros

Office location, accessible to convenient shops. Other than that, nothing.

Cons

Everything. We're being monitored and required to work with the camera on, even though we're already on site. The CEO was rude to the offshore employees and treated us as rubbish. Office politics is rampant and toxic, starting from the Ph-based OM, HR, TL, to the same colleagues. Please stay away from this company if you value work-life balance. The basic pay is not adherent to PH laws, and their using a shell company instead of their own company name to operate in the Philippines.

Working with My Guardian has been a rewarding experience. The role offers a strong sense of purpose, directly supporting vulnerable clients and making a real difference in their daily lives. The team environment is extremely supportive, with colleagues willing to collaborate and assist in every situation. The company also provides opportunities to develop skills across multiple areas.
