My Guardian truly cares about both its clients and employees. There are regular monthly catch ups with management, and additional support is always available whenever needed. The team culture is very positive, with weekly nibbles and enjoyable monthly outings that help build strong connections between team members. Our manager is excellent, understanding, approachable and always available when needed

I have not experienced any downsides so far. I am genuinely happy in my role and within the organization

The role is great. The team is very supportive including my TL and management. I have been here for a short time and have found I’m progressing very quickly as I have received a lot of support within the role.
Cons
Nothing at present. Everything has been running smoothly.
