It was good when the founder was managing the mangers, but after his death.. everything went downhill

Current management inflicts crippling favoritism that affects how all technicians are paid." Customer started noticing how expensive this company is and they get less calls day after day. They also do some weird accounting calculations and the charge you more than the parts cost. Less calls an too much pressure and micro managing, You get one or 2 calls for the all day. If you don’t sell, it your problem and u will make no money because they are 100% comission.
