Pros

Frontline employees are very hard workers.

Cons

The founder is running the company instead of knowing when to step aside and let someone who is actually qualified and successful as a CEO run the company. Although he is highly intelligent, he lacks compassion and respect for people in the manner in which he manages his direct reports and interacts with employees. Very racist and sexist executive team. One of the co-founders uses a self-manipulated hiring assessment with the goal of selecting people who can get along with the CEO. Customers are not paying because the company cannot deliver. Such a promising company but there is no execution or guidance from the Executive Team. Losing very good talent and bringing in unqualified Executives with inflated titles and pay. Understaffs us out in the field as staff who are customer facing and the backbone of the organization. The goal is to replace the people with an expensive AI initiative that the organization does not have the money for,

Pros

The team is very passionate and supports one another in skill building and developing a deeper understanding of each other's interests. Great people doing great things!

Cons

Can be fast paced at times, not necessarily a "con" but certain times of the year, projects have to move quickly and it can require extra work/time to keep up.

Pros

The frontline workers and field technicians are genuinely talented, hardworking individuals who go above and beyond in their roles. Lower-level employees demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingly take on responsibilities well beyond their job descriptions.

Cons

Employees are terminated without notice or explanation — even high performers are blindsided after receiving no indication that their jobs were at risk. Speaking up about workplace issues is a fireable offense. If you raise concerns or advocate for improvements, expect retaliation. Recognition and rewards are recycled among the same small group of favored employees, while those doing the most work go unacknowledged and underpaid. Employee turnover is extremely high — great talent is consistently let go while those responsible for the dysfunction remain in place. Field technicians are sent out in vehicles with expired registrations and known mechanical issues. Breakdowns on the highway have occurred. This is a serious safety and legal concern that management has done nothing to address. The positive reviews on this page are not representative of the average employee experience. Many appear to have been submitted at the direction of leadership to inflate the company's overall rating. This company will run good people into the ground. Unless you are a director or senior executive, you will be taken advantage of and eventually discarded.
