Pros
-The employees behind the scenes are good folks. -You can make lasting friendships for after you leave. - Work life balance is good if you make it that way.
Cons
- The company vision is fuzzy and padded with corporate buzzwords. Theres constant talk about wonderful culture from the powers that be, when the culture is being guided by the executives and managers who don't care. The one meaningful attempt to correct the problems is an anonymous survey about the company culture, which recieved overwhelmingly negative feedback. This feedback was never addressed or mentioned again. - The COO and marketing team offer promotions with no raises attached, and talks about raises to keep you working (carrot on a stick mentality), but never deliver. The best attitude you can have is "I'll believe it when I see it." - Be warned, the marketing team leave 5 star reviews with no genuine cons listed. - The CEO and COO frequently lose their tempers and yell at employees when they get upset about something. - TLDR, There is no future here.
