Pros
Excluding the "executives" a great team to work with.
Cons
The CEO of this company is a dangerous individual who systematically hires young girls that he can torment without fear of them standing up to him. His treatment of staff and women in general is literally the worst I have ever seen not just in a workplace but in general.
As a leader, he thinks of himself as a marketing genius, but in actual fact his strategy is based around spamming a purchased list of emails ridiculous discounts and expecting enterprise deals to roll in. I liken his leadership ability/skills to that of a North Korean dictator who displays, daily, narcissistic personality traits... and not just in the office, you will find that he isn't welcome in quite a few cafes around North Sydney.
What to expect in your interview with the CEO: smiles, big promises about growth, career opportunity and flexible work arrangements - these are all lies designed to get you in the door of his prison camp and on day-one you will see the polar opposite.
The Chief Sales Officer... wouldn't survive in any other business, and to be frank, couldn't close a door. No strategy or leadership here other than "offer a discount" - Oblivious to any modern SAAS sales strategy being used outside the walls of this company in fact her greatest contribution to the sales cycle is staying well and truely out of it and focusing on Candy Crush.
The technology itself is OK, a great product for small business, but not competitive in any other marketplace.
