      Good brand value in market.. easy to find jobs outside

      Cons

      The new CEO has come in and decided that the tech team is completely non relevant. The product managers are treated as project managers and the CPO does not stand up for the team. the leadership has lost complete trust and other fashion players are going to catch up very fast.
