Pros

- a good place to learn as a new grad, has unique networking opportunities - friendly and young staff - lead therapists invest time into mentoring - nice, new and clean working environment

Cons

- low pay compared to industry standards - no turnover time between appointments - confusing management structure with odd titles, everyone’s getting a new title or promotion every other month - management treat the therapists as employees instead of contractors. Obligated to do extra work and go to events without pay - heavy on the statistics of the therapists, they really do a deep dive on performance. If you’re not performing to a certain metric, it’ll be known - high therapist turnover, typical span is 1-2 years. All other therapists are new grads as well less than 1 year so hard to learn from co workers - corporate, ownership and investors barge in every so often, the place usually gets flipped upside down while they’re there - heavy on the social media, can get annoying when you’re just trying to do work and go home

Pros

Everyone here is super passionate and caring about the work, team culture is a plus. Strong learning environment with opportunity to take on more responsibility and get exposure to the business early. Leadership is transparent and feels connected to field teams

Cons

Growing quickly and can feel fast-paced with high standards. Feels like things are always changing (mostly for the better). Company and managers are trying hard on communication but things get missed sometimes

Pros

- Continuous learning environment that prioritizes ongoing education, improving clinical rationale, hands-on manual therapy skills & techniques and mentorship for other clinicians. - Patient centered care - Tailoring a plan of care to the individual's needs, goals and lifestyle. Providing hands-on, evidence based care to optimize health and wellness - Our clinic fosters mentorship and support for every team member including (chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists and front desk associates)

Cons

- High standards for performance, clinical rationale and professionalism. This is great for growth-minded clinicians but can be demanding to those looking for a more static role. - As a fast-growing clinic, we are always evolving which means some updates and changes will take time to adjust.
