If you’re not performing to a certain metric, it’ll be known - high therapist turnover, typical span is 1-2 years. All other therapists are new grads as well less than 1 year so hard to learn from co workers - corporate, ownership and investors barge in every so often, the place usually gets flipped upside down while they’re there - heavy on the social media, can get annoying when you’re just trying to do work and go home
