Pros

Flexible schedule You will learn about scheduling software

Cons

Beware...unless you’re one of the doctors, this place doesn’t give a crap about you. The entire guest experience team is seen as replaceable. They want you to be essentially be an assistant to the doctors but pay you like a receptionist. The entire clinic is under the direction of people in Canada who don’t know anything about service in the US. The Canada people come visit every now and then and walk around like they own the place, and are rude to the guest experience staff and treat them like “the help”.

Pros

- a good place to learn as a new grad, has unique networking opportunities - friendly and young staff - lead therapists invest time into mentoring - nice, new and clean working environment

Cons

- low pay compared to industry standards - no turnover time between appointments - confusing management structure with odd titles, everyone’s getting a new title or promotion every other month - management treat the therapists as employees instead of contractors. Obligated to do extra work and go to events without pay - heavy on the statistics of the therapists, they really do a deep dive on performance. If you’re not performing to a certain metric, it’ll be known - high therapist turnover, typical span is 1-2 years. All other therapists are new grads as well less than 1 year so hard to learn from co workers - corporate, ownership and investors barge in every so often, the place usually gets flipped upside down while they’re there - heavy on the social media, can get annoying when you’re just trying to do work and go home
