The pay was far below industry average, justified by the role being outside London. I mistakenly accepted, seeing it as a chance to progress. After just 3 months of a 6-month probation, my contract was abruptly terminated for “performance issues and role suitability”—concerns that were never raised before. These baseless claims were sprung on me without any opportunity to address them. This reflects the toxic culture fostered by HR and senior leadership.
