The worst experience of my professional career. Be prepared for short memories, a lack of resources, evasive feedback, inexperienced staff, a lack of professional and personal boundaries, a meddlesome CEO, unrealistic expectations, complicated and unnecessary processes, being overworked, having to justify each and every expense and finally….being expected to change your whole life for them.

No work-life balance, unrealistic business expectations and model, unrealistic expectations for you to work on the weekends, no bonuses, horrible company culture and pay, HR & business doesn’t care about core and valuable employees which causes high turnover rates, intense culture of politics, non or little pay rise (1-3% annually), only benefits are expired layered bars, once you resigned they’ll expect you to be gone in 5 minutes. There’s more and more. It ruins your health, THG is a toxic cancer.
