Had recruited some real good talents few years ago, they are not a part of the system anymore. If you're really good, you wouldn't survive long here.
Cons
List is endless. Dictatorship at its best. Only if you're dying out of hunger, think of joining this place. You dont need to have industry experience if you are planning to join the senior management, all you have to do is come cheap. Absolutely clueless about how an organisation is run. Employee retention does not exist in their dictionary, in fact they are the front-runners when it comes to mass layoffs. Its my way or the highway. Top brass is sitting only to snatch credit. HR team is good at mockery (of themselves). Finance is omni-present, CFO refers Wikipedia before taking decisions. CEO is trying hard to sell the company off for 5+ years but to no avail. Wrong commitments made to customers, internal and external, like forever. Engineering team has become a joke, no one knows what the actual goal end of the day is? All problems are looked at instance level, no attempts made to fix at process level.
