Pros
Free products, rigorous training, I personally had amazing coworkers, get to do a lot of makeup applications, encouraged to book client makeup sessions.
Cons
It kinda all depends on your store team and manager how you're being treated, also depending on your manager will you be able to have any input on your roster, had my contract changed without my consent/aproval by higher ups and manager just brushed it off.
