Consistent schedule, mostly functional equipment, some coworkers are fun.
Cons
No raise in at least 2 years at time of review. Last raise was 3 dollars per shift. Not per hour, per shift. 13-14 hour shifts are the norm, with no compensation for time over 12 hrs. Equipment is regularly broken or malfunctioning, and there is minimal attempts to correct issues.
