      Pros

      You’ll get to see how efficiently the company manages employee exits. It’s a good place to understand internal politics and a strong hire-and-fire culture. PIPs were initiated without clear reasons, surprisingly impacting almost half of the workforce — seemingly with the management’s approval.

      Cons

      Where do I even begin? The level of micromanagement is extreme — even taking a short break is an issue. Managers frequently yell in meetings, and the company offers zero assistance with employee concerns like EPF. There’s no sense of job security, and nearly every negative thing you can imagine about a workplace exists here.
