- Very Corporate (very slow with progress) - Difficult to be taken seriously if not licensed - Male-dominated - Professional development is hard to get in the experience level between entry level and Project Architect - Difficult to move laterally into different facets of the profession - Roles are continually ambiguous - Support from leadership is inconsistent - Feedback is rare, but leadership is improving on it! - Currently, the main path to leadership is through project management
