      Pros

      Great people, good work life balance, good benefits and time off with additional week off at the end of the year, great cause to support with your work!

      Cons

      Rebuilding culture with a new CEO and making adjustments in the post Covid world takes time and some growing pains but they're making big strides in the right direction.

      Continuous micro-managment from the top. Aw is the new CEO - Ugh. "NAFSA Nice" was declared verboten by the CEO. I guess that means kindness is off of the table. All of the resources and conference content is stale. Same old same old... The senior staff are toadies.
