I absolutely love working at NAI Hallmark. The team is fantastic, and I genuinely appreciate the people I work with. What sets this company apart is the ownership's genuine commitment to valuing their employees. It's clear that they prioritize creating a positive and supportive work environment. I'm grateful to be part of a team that truly cares about its people and community.

The small company aspect makes it so that employee feedback is heard by upper management. The culture is great with lots of fun events, catered lunches, and a really great group of people to work with. Hybrid work schedules are a huge plus. The office is great and has a massage chair and free snacks and drinks. The owners are very down-to-earth and easy to work with, and they're very personable with all of the employees.
